Director General Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) Shahzeb Khan Kakar has pledged the maximum facilitation of investors in Gwadar. He unfolded more details of Gwadar Master Plan and shed light at multiple investment opportunities in Gwadar available in various sectors. Here are the details.
One-Window Operation to facilitate investors in Gwadar – Latest Update
Government is going extra mile to bring more Businesses and Investments in Gwadar. Recently DG GDA Shahzeb Kakar was addressing a public hearing held at GDA office in Gwadar where domestic and overseas investor, local people and real estate entities were also present.
GDA envisioned facilitating investors and authority is working on mechanism to improve ease of doing business and Chief Minister of Balochistan Jam Kamal is monitoring it.
“A one-window operation would be introduced in Gwadar to facilitate investors,” he said.
He explained that Development in Gwadar is going to take place in three phases as per Master Plan and comprehensive planning of the Port City will further enhance its importance.
He also highlighted Investment Opportunities in the Gwadar particularly in Tourism, Gwadar Free Zone, Oil City, Shipyard, Housing Projects, fascinating skylines and Business Parks.
Few days back DG GDA held meeting with members of Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD) where he revealed that Government has Removed all Hurdles in Way of Gwadar Development and all bylaws have also been set for the implementation of Gwadar Master Plan.
GDA to Compensate Affected Landowners by Gwadar Master Plan – Latest Update
DG GDA Shahzeb Kakar also briefed about compensating those landowners whose land fall in some undesired area in Gwadar Master Plan. He said that GDA has planned for adequately compensating such landowners and an arrangement is in plan with consultations of stakeholders.
“People whose lands fall under green belts and Reserve Land Categories in the new master plan will be compensated with mutual agreement of the investors and the GDA,” he said.
