Gwadar is a masterpiece of natural beauty and government is striving to polish its charm more. Recently, Zhang Baozhong Chairman of China Overseas Port Holding Company (COPHC) has met advisor to PM on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam. In this meeting COPHC has shown interest to plant one million trees in Gwadar under the 10 Billion Tree Tsunami project.
A delegation of COPHC visited the Ministry of Climate Change and discussed important matters in this regard. Talking to the delegation, the Adviser said that the government wanted Gwadar to be fully established as a clean and green city so that the city could be an example not only for other cities of Pakistan but all around the world.
Gwadar International AirPort Development Update
Development on Gwadar International Port has been initiated right after the launch of Gwadar New Master Plan. The ground leveling process is underway with a rapid pace while boundary fencing has already been done.
The development of Gwadar International Airport will overall boost the activities in Gwadar. Government is keen towards CPEC and striving to complete the relevant projects as soon as possible. In this regard issues are been targeted wisely one after another.
