Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) has uplifted ban on construction in Gwadar and the news has brought a wave of excitement for investors and concerned figures. Recently Director General Gwadar Development Authority Shahzeb Kakar has issued the announcement notification of uplifting construction ban in Gwadar.
After this notification, GDA has restored NOC to all Housing Societies in Gwadar and now the construction activities will immediately pick pace throughout the region. This development and the boom in construction will throw massive impacts in manifolds on Gwadar Real Estate and market values of properties.
Since GDA has already paved way for the progress of Port City setting Bylaws for Development and Construction in Gwadar, uplift of ban on construction will boost the works and activities in region.
East Bay Expressway Gwadar becomes Near Completion – Development Update March 2020
Under construction East Bay Express Way also known as CPEC Route is set to be completed by December 2020 and so far it has achieved 54 percent development progress. The 19 Kilometers CPEC Route is considered to become completed soon.
Just like the other CPEC Projects in Gwadar, East Bay Expressway has a significant importance and part to perform in overall improvement of Gwadar. The completion of East Bay Express Way is directly connected with the progress of Gwadar as its going to serve the transporting requirements of Gwadar Port with the provision of four lane smooth track connection the port with rest of area.
