Phase II of CPEC and launch of Gwadar Master Plan 2019 has boosted development in Gwadar. Rapidly developing Gwadar is now shaping into well-equipped living vicinity. China Pakistan Middle School Gwadar is almost half done with the fund of China Foundation of Peace and Development.
Development on China Pakistan Middle School Gwadar – Latest Update
China Pakistan Middle School Gwadar is located in Faqeer Colony and also dubbed as Faqeer Middle School. This school is a part of Chinese funded ventures with the aim of providing quality school system in area.
Previously China Pakistan School Gwadar was providing schooling till primary level, which is now been upgraded to middle with the grant of China Foundation Construction Company. For the up-gradation to middle standard, school needed further construction of classrooms, apparatus and other facilities.
China Foundation of Peace and Development is funding for the refurbishment and apparatus of China Pakistan Middle School while China Communication and Construction Company is performing the development. GDA is supervising the construction work to look after the quality and construction process.
Extension of China Pakistan Middle School Gwadar to be completed by September 2020
Development work on extension of China Pakistan Middle School Gwadar is in full swing and expected to be completed just within eight months.
“We are promoting the extension project of Faqeer Middle School Gwadar in accordance with the construction plan.” said Tan Jianyun, Project Manager of Operations Department of Faqeer Middle School.
Currently fifty percent of the construction work on the China Pakistan Middle School has been completed, and it is expected to be completed by September 2020. The school is providing advanced infrastructure, modern teaching concepts and diversified subjects satisfying local educational requirement.
Earlier the school was planned to hold 150 students, but now it has over 600 students. Many students had to study outside in playground areas due to the lack of classrooms. Comprehending the need of further infrastructure, government with the support of Chinese fund started the development on extension which will soon be concluded.
