International Port City Gwadar covers an area of 80 acres of land at West Bay Gwadar. Entire of project’s constituency falls in Reserve Land of Gwadar New Master Plan. International Port City Gwadar is a mixed-use project located at the heart of Gwadar providing everything required to live, work and play within a secure, gated community.
The prestigious project by CPIC aims the provision of world class living amenities in The Emerging Business Hub of Future. International Port City is developing under the expertise of leading Chinese construction company and Top International Engineering Corporation (TIEC). This project by CPIC comprises a sub category of Reserve Land in Gwadar Master Plan 2019.

International Port City Gwadar appears in RL-1 Category in Gwadar Master Plan 2019. RL-1 is a sub category of reserve land which stands for Reserve Land 1. Encompassing Reserve Land 1 category, International Port City Gwadar falls in area where development of reserve will be preferential. Development in RL-1 will be started and completed much earlier than of RL-2.
