Globiz Avenue Phase IV comprises Residential Zone of Gwadar Master Plan 2019. Unlike the Phase 1 and Phase II, Phase IV of Globiz Avenue falls in sub categories of residential land. Somehow Gwadar New Master Plan has given Phase IV of project the same land features as of Naval Anchorage Gwadar.
Globiz Avenue Gwadar Phase IV Land Category – Gwadar New Master Plan
Globiz Avenue Phase IV is located at West Bay Gwadar and as aforementioned it falls in Residential Zone of Gwadar New Master Plan. Since residential zone is further divided into sub categories, Globiz Avenue Phase IV encompasses two sub categories of residential zone.
Globiz Avenue Gwadar Phase IV – Residential Zone in Gwadar Master Plan 2019
Globiz Avenue Phase IV is different than project’s Phase 1 and Phase II. Comprising 229 Acres of land, Phase IV is bigger in size than rest of project’s phases. Moreover rest of project’s phases don’t fall in residential zone. Gwadar New Master Plan has placed Globiz Avenue Phase IV in the same land categories as of Naval Anchorage Gwadar. - R2 – Medium Density Area
