New Town Gwadar is a residential housing project by Baluchistan Govt and it was launched in 1985 initially when Gwadar Port was planned. This is a detailed video providing information of New Town Gwadar Phase 1 and Phase 2 Plot rates and development status.

Location of the project is as good as it can get. However, overall development standard and current status after 35 years is not satisfactory at all. In this video I have just described the current market rates of New Town Gwadar plots. Please note that rates are subject to change as per market trends.
